Shipping & Returns
We operate on a made-to-order model in efforts to reduce waste by stocking inventory. This is working towards our bigger goal of zero waste production. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date you place your order until the date your order ships from our facility. From there, actual shipping time depends on where you are located in the world
Our returns and refund policies are as follows -
* FOR ALL PRODUCTS
If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
